I can't complain about the location - it's right in the heart of Novi Sad. The hotel is centrally located and close to major attractions, making it super convenient. However, the rooms were a bit too warm for my liking, even with the air conditioning off, and the noise level was quite noticeable. The service, on the other hand, was delightful, with staff full of positive energy and always ready to help arrange parking. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious meals in a lovely setting, but the coffee machine shutting off promptly at 11 am was a small inconvenience.
